CENTER COORDINATOR

To manage and supervise the operational and administrative functions, activities, and projects of a clinical care delivery center.  Responsibilities include the managing, planning and coordinating of the operations of the clinic to include: Supervising all clinic and office staff, collecting of co-pays or balances due, monitoring delivery of patient services, providing excellent customer service and acting as liaison with patients, businesses, hospitals and physicians.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent.

  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred; must be able to read, write and speak English.

  • One year experience in a clinical setting in a management position.

  • Excellent Computer skills

ABILITES/SKILLS

  • Knowledge of office management and administration.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Must be able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Ability to organize work and follow instructions.

  • Must be able maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

  • Must be able to follow policies and procedures and work flexible schedule.

  • Ability to communicate and deal effectively with patients, co-workers, medical staff, visitors and other health care providers.

  • Ability to work cooperatively with other office personnel.

  • Knowledge of state, local and government regulations and compliance requirements.
